Cosmos & Chaos

Together with the Accademia Vivarium Novum in Frascati (Rome), Ideal Spaces are preparing a conference on the notions of Cosmos and Chaos. These notions have to be conceived as ideas, as imageries appearing throughout all cultures. Cosmos is the imagery of  an encompassing order the world, humans included, Chaos is the imagery of the opposite to such an order.

Addressing the original meanings of these imageries, their changes in Western history will be addressed, together with new understandings of what Cosmos and Chaos could embody today, social aspects included.

The conference will be in Frascati, from March 12 to 14, 2027
