Workshop Identity and Place, Place and Belonging: A Workshop on Citizenship, Space, and Community

The workshop in its total is presented in 8 episodes on our website, on our “events” page (https://www.idealspaces.org/projects/), with 1 episode per week. 

In addition, we will be presenting these episodes on a weekly basis, starting in November, in our podcast channels Spotify, Apple plus, Youtube, Castbox.

Podcasts

Following up on our workshop, we will be releasing a series of podcasts with topics related to our workshop’s theme, also introducing a new format of our podcasts, a discussion between participants. The podcast with Prof. Jason Montgomery on the workshop has been released on the podcast page on our website, https://www.idealspaces.org/podcasts-and-interviews/. Other podcasts around that workshop will follow over the next 2 months. 

As indicated in our last press release, our podcasts in the younger generation section are continuing presently.

Special Issue in our Journal Urban Eidos

As indicated in our last post, the topics and perspectives addressed in the workshop will be presented and interpreted in a special issue of our journal, due to their importance for the basic understanding of how an active citizenship and democracy belong together. Both these issues are under threat today.
