The value of free citizenship and in cooperation with Vertical Waves

In times of national retreat, war, and threats from authoritarian regimes, we need to re-focus our attention on core European values. One of these values is the concept of free citizenship, of citizens co-existing in variety and respect, and deciding their own fate. This concept is the cultural heritage and core value simultaneously. It is expressed through architecture in European cities – in the Agora, the forum, the piazza, the marketplace and the cathedral.Moving Art celebrates free citizenship in authentic spaces. In this project, the real, historically grown space of a citizenship is combined with virtual, ‘ideal’ spaces and vertical dance. Real space, virtual spaces and dance form a unity, through which a new space emerges, expressed symbolically as the space of free citizens.
