Dig deep into things, not into yourself

This was what Christina wanted to be posted, due to a suicide of a friend of her age group. It directly relates to the topics addressed in the podcast, dealing with the younger generation, isolation, depression, narcissism and nihilism. In parallel, the podcast looks at the aspirations, desires, and hopes of that generation. Christina hopes that the suicide of her friend will save lives.
